Step 6


Rostrata meets with Client to discuss lending options. Rostrata will provide several different interim and mortgage lenders. Rostrata will provide all information that the client will need to provide the lender. Rostrata will provide two sets of construction cost, contracts, specifications and blue prints to client’s lender. After, Client and Rostrata meet with the title company to sign the interim financing closing documents. Rostrata is now ready to begin custom home construction.
